July 2023 - flat roof
Simon was busy replacing my garage roof when I spoke to him regarding a damp patch showing on the kitchen ceiling. As soon as he completed the garage roof he went up and checked the ceiling roof, upon inspection he was sure that the roof was in good order but the fixing around a sewer vent pipe wasn't good. He emailed me an estimate and came to do the job the following day. Amazing service, excellent work - many thanks Simon and John.
July 2023 - Conservatory Box Gutter
I first contacted Simon the day he had just returned from holiday. He responded to my enquiry immediately and came to view the job 3 days later. I received a very professional and comprehensive quote, and today Simon and Jon came to do the job. After completing the work, Simon explained all that had been done, including replacing a small section of the gutter which had not been included in the original plan. I am delighted that something which was a major concern for me has been sorted.
August 2023 - Professional Service
Repairs to tiled roof and repair to separate lead flashing. Dealings with Simon Meadwell were friendly and informative. Work carried out quietly and politely. Pleased with the result (as usual - I have used Simon previously).
August 2023 - Dry Verge
We had mortar falling from the tile edge overhang on three separate parts of the roof. Simon suggested we had the dry verges fitted instead of replacing the mortar. I was given a quote for the job which was very reasonable so I said yes to having the job done. Simon & John came as agreed, they did a smashing job, and they cleared the area up after they had finished. Cannot fault them, very friendly, efficient, professional service, would highly recommend.

Roofing work carried out to a high standard, any extra work was explained and fully costed, tidied up after completion. Will be using Simon again later this year.
